Mooli ka saag

Mooli ka saag as by its name, is made from mooli / radish cooked alongwith its leaves with lots of green chillies. It is very popular in a Punjabi kitchen. It can also be enjoyed with Dal Chawal combo also.

Have a look at the recipe 

3 mooli/ radish ,cut in small pieces with the leaves also chopped 

1 tsp ajwain seeds 

Salt to taste 

6 green chillies chopped 

2 tsp oil

Add 1cup water ,salt to taste & boil the mooli with the leaves, when done strain the water & squeeze out the water from the mooli and the leaves . 

Now take oil in pan ,add ajwain seeds,chopped green chillies & squeezed mooli with leaves.Fry well a little. Then serve hot with Dal Chawal & enjoy
