Hare Chane ki Pakodi

Hara Chane as known as green chana , I prepared Pakodi out of this. It came out well.Just see the preparations 

Here goes the recipe 

Take 1cup green chana, just grind it once in the mixer,so they are coarsely grinded.Now add 1tsp red chilli powder,salt to taste,3tbsp besan, mix well , prepare a batter & deep fry into pakoras, serve hot with green chutney.

Corn Fritters

Corn Fritters are normally known as Bhutte ke pakode.I am sharing the recipe hoping that you all shall also love it. 

So here it goes 

Take 2 Corn Cobs ,deseed them & keep aside, add 3chopped spring onions,salt to taste, 1tsp red chilli powder. Add 3 tbsp besan & mix them well. Take oil in a pan for deep frying the pakodis or fritters.Fry them golden brown & serve with green chutney.

Enjoy & just love them.

Here goes the recipe 

Veg Fried Rice & Veg Chowmein 
A complete meal

Veg Fried Rice 
Preparation time – 30 minutes
Serves – 3
Ingredients
2 cups boiled rice
1chopped carrots
2 chopped onions
1big green chopped capsicum
4 spring onions chopped
2green chillies chopped
1tsp red chilli sauce
1tsp green chilli sauce
1/4tsp soya sauce
1/4 tsp white vinegar
Salt to taste
4 buds of garlic crushed
2 tbsp oil
Method
* Take oil in a deep pan , add crushed garlic fry a little then add chopped onions, saute little.
* Now add the chopped vegetables alongwith all sauces ,salt & chopped spring onions. Toss well and your Veg fried rice is ready to serve.

Veg Chowmein

Preparation time – 30 minutes
Serves – 3
Ingredients
2 cups boiled noodles
1 julien cut carrots
2 chopped onions
1big green juliencut capsicum
4 spring onions chopped
2green chillies chopped
1tsp red chilli sauce
1tsp green chilli sauce
1/4tsp soya sauce
1/4 tsp white vinegar
Salt to taste
4 buds of garlic crushed
2 tbsp oil
Method
* Take oil in a deep pan , add crushed garlic fry a little then add chopped onions, saute little.
* Now add the chopped vegetables alongwith all sauces ,salt & chopped spring onions. Toss well and your Veg Chowmein is ready to serve.

Soya Chunks Chilli 

Preparation time – 30  minutes
Serves – 3
Ingredients
1pkt soya chunks ,boiled& squeezed 
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp red & green chilli sauce  each
1 tsp soya sauce
2 onions & 1capsicum diced
2 tsp garlic crushed
Frying for oil
Salt to taste
4 green chillies chopped
1 tsp vinegar
Method
Marinate  soya chunks with cornflour,salt1/4 tsp all sauces each.
Deep fry them golden brown & keep aside.
Take 2 tsp oil in pan add chopped onions.green chillies.capsicum & saute for a while
Mix the fried soya Chunks with all sauces .Toss well & serve hot.

Khaman Dhokla

A very popular dish in Gujarati cuisine is Khaman Dhokla. So here I share the the recipe.

Khaman Dhokla 

I have prepared this dish with the help of Gits Khaman Mix. Here goes the recipe 

1pkt Gits Khaman Mix 

4-5 slitted green chillies 

1tsp rye.

Method 

According to the preparation method given mix the ingredients with water.

Now put water in the Dhokla cooker.

Pour the mixture in the greased plates of the cooker. Let it cook well ,then cut  in big  squares . Take 2 tsp oil in pan ,add 1 tsp rye,slited green chillies. Add the Dhokla pieces & saute well.Serve with hot coffee.

Sabut Moong with Matar Pulao & Pakodi ka bharta

This is my childhood favourite combo,my mom used to make this combo. Just enjoy

Here’s the recipe 

Moong sabut  Dal 

Take 1cup sabut Moong Dal,soak it for about 2-3 hours. Now put it in the cooker & add 2 cups water with 1tsp turmeric powder & salt to taste,take 4-5 whistles ,put off the flame. Open lid & mash the Dal well all. Now for tempering take 2 tsp ghee  in a pan ,put1tsp jira & Heeng ,add 1tsp red chilli powder,add this to the Dal & cover it. Your Dal is ready

For Matar Pulao 

Take 1cup basmati rice ,put 2 tsp oil in pressure cooker,add 2cloves 1tsp jira,the rice,salt to taste, 1cup peas & 2cups water . Take 1 whistle & close the flame.

For Pakodi ka Bharata

Take 3 tbsp besan ,add 1tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste,add little water ,beat well & make Pakodi out of the batter . Mash the pakodis ,add 2chopped onions,1 green chilli, little dale & red chilli powder, mix well your Bharat is ready. 

Now mix this with Dal Pulao combo & enjoy.

Pyaj kadhi & Matar Pulao

Pyaj kadhi with Matar Pulao is a fantastic combo. Do try the recipe you shall definitely enjoy.

For Pyaj kadhi

Cut 3 medium sized onions in juliens. Mix 2tbsp besan in curd & whisk well. Now take 2 tsp oil in pan ,put 1tsp jira & Heeng . Now add the onions &fry a little 

Now add 1tsp turmeric powder,salt to taste,& the whisked curd with besan, boil well when it thickens close the flame. Your kadhi is ready

For Matar Pulao 

Take 1cup basmati rice ,put 2 tsp oil in pressure cooker,add 2cloves 1tsp jira,the rice,salt to taste, 1cup peas & 2cups water . Take 1 whistle & close the flame.

Serve hot with kadhi

Tikda Chawal

A fantastic & awesome Bihari cuisine I am sharing today.In this dish besan dumplings are cooked alongwith rice & then it is eaten with the stock of rice water. Just see this 


Preparation time:- 40 minutes

Serves – 4

Ingredients

2cups rice

5cups water

For dumplings

1 cup besan

2 chopped green chillies

1 tsp red chilli powder

1/4tsp ajwain seeds

1 /2 tsp oil

Method

Knead the besan in soft dough. Make round small dumplings.

Take water & add rice & dumplings. Let the rice cook when done keep the stock seperate.

Tempering of the rice stocj

Take 1 tsp oil in pan add hing,jira,red chilli powder,& amchoor powder . Add to the stock.Bring it to boil & put off the gas.

Your Tikda Chawal is ready.
