All we need is soft kneaded wheat flour atta dough.& 2tsps ghee
Make medium sized balls of the dough. Take 1ball roll it a little, spread 1tsp ghee all over it. Then start making pleats as we do while wearing a saree. Then roll it again & make a chapati little thick, put it in the tawa & after a while turn it’s sides & then roast it in the flame. When it turns crisp sprinkle 1tsp ghee & crush it with your both the hands. You will see the lachchas separating , this is your Church Chur lachcha roti.
