Palak Puri & Lasunia Aloo

A good & a common combo is Puri & Aloo subzi.

Today I have tried making Palak Puri with Lasunia Aloo. Just see the making of Palak Puri first.

Take 2 bunches of Palak ,& boil them ,& grind into a smooth paste. Take 2cups of atta ,add 1 TSP red chilli powder,grinded paste of Palak,salt to taste , knead into a dough. Make small balls ,roll them out to puris & deep fry them.

Serve hot

Ingredients & method of Lasunia Aloo 

4medium sized potatoes boiled& peeled 

2tomatoes pureed 

Salt to taste 

1tsp each spices 

Red chilli powder 

Turmeric powder 

Amchur powder 

Dhania powder 

Take oil in pan ,put 1tsp heeng &jira , 2tsps ginger garlic paste, then add the tomato puree & all the spices along with salt to taste. Fry the masala well then put the boiled potatoes.mix well add 3cups of water. Boil well & let the gravy thicken. Serve hot with Palak Puri.
