Today I share a recipe to be enjoyed in winters.As there are ample & varieties of vegetables in winters.
Gajar Matar is one of the famous delicacy we prepare in winters . So here goes the recipe.
Take half kg chopped gajar.
Now take 2 tsp oil in pan ,add jira, 1tsp heeng & put the gajar & 1cup green peas,add 1chopped tomato,with 1tsp each, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dhania powder,salt to taste ,. Cook till tender . Serve hot with paratha.
