Sabut Moong with Matar Pulao & Pakodi ka bharta

This is my childhood favourite combo,my mom used to make this combo. Just enjoy

Here’s the recipe 

Moong sabut  Dal 

Take 1cup sabut Moong Dal,soak it for about 2-3 hours. Now put it in the cooker & add 2 cups water with 1tsp turmeric powder & salt to taste,take 4-5 whistles ,put off the flame. Open lid & mash the Dal well all. Now for tempering take 2 tsp ghee  in a pan ,put1tsp jira & Heeng ,add 1tsp red chilli powder,add this to the Dal & cover it. Your Dal is ready

For Matar Pulao 

Take 1cup basmati rice ,put 2 tsp oil in pressure cooker,add 2cloves 1tsp jira,the rice,salt to taste, 1cup peas & 2cups water . Take 1 whistle & close the flame.

For Pakodi ka Bharata

Take 3 tbsp besan ,add 1tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste,add little water ,beat well & make Pakodi out of the batter . Mash the pakodis ,add 2chopped onions,1 green chilli, little dale & red chilli powder, mix well your Bharat is ready. 

Now mix this with Dal Pulao combo & enjoy.
