Paneer Tawa Sandwich

For Paneer Tawa Sandwich first you have to prepare Paneer Bhurji. Then fill it in bread slices & shallow fry them on tawa.Just see

All you need

For Paneer Bhurji

250 gms Paneer crushed
2onions chopped 
1tomato chopped
Half cup boiled peas

1 tsp jira
1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1tsp red chilli powder 
Salt to taste
Method 
Take 2tsps oil in a pan ,add jira& chopped onions. Saute a little then add the chopped tomatoes,boiled peas,fry them,add all spices ,& crushed Paneer, saute well & keep aside.

Now place the Bhurji on 1slice of bread,put the other slice on top of the other & shallow fry them till golden brown.Serve hot with ketchup.

So here is the recipe for Cholle 
Preparation time 30 minutes | Serves – 4
Ingredients

Cholley/ Chickpeas 250 GM’s
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp tea leaves
1/2 tsp amchoor powder / dry mango
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
3fresh tomatoes puree
Salt to taste
2tbsp oil
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Method

Soak cholley overnight. Now put them in pressure cooker add 4 cups water, tea leaves,turmeric powder & salt and take 6 whistles ,put off the flame  & mash them a little with masher.
Now take oil in pan. Add tomato puree ,red chilli powder, amchoor powder stir well and add the hslf mashed  cholley. Bring them to a good boil your Cholley are ready to be served  either with puris or bhaturas.
For atta Bhature 
Take 2cups of atta or whole wheat flour, add 3 tbsp curd ,salt to taste 2tsp baking powder,knead  into a soft dough for 5-6 hours. Now you can roll out Bhature & deep fry them.

Here is the recipe for my simple plate.

Dal Tadka

Take 1cup tuar Dal boil well with 1tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste & 2cups of water. Take 4 whistles in a pressure cooker.,Open lid when done. Take 2tsp ghee in a pan , add1tsp each,jira,Heeng& red chilli powder,put this tempering to the boiled Dal,your Dal Tadka is ready.

Prepare 1cup plain steamed rice.

Prepare saunf mirchi by chopping 7-8 green chillies. Take 2 tsp oil in pan add 2tsps fennel seeds,salt ,& amchur to taste. Cook till tender.Your Saunf mirchi is ready.

Karare Aloo

Take 3-4 parboiled potatoes. Cut them lengthwise & deep fry them till golden brown. Keep aside. Take 2tsp oil in pan , add1tsp jira 1tsp heeng& red chilli powder along with amchur powder. Toss well ,& fry more till crisp. Your karare Aloo are ready.

Prepare plain chapati & enjoy this beautiful plate presentation.

Podi Idli

I love South Indian food especially Idli with Sambhar,& chutney. I also love eating Podi idli too. So I thought of sharing the recipe.

For Idli

500 gms pkt of MTR Idli powder 

1cup water

Half cup sour curd

Mix all the ingredients & let it rest for 5minutes. Put water in idli cooker to boil.Now take the idli batter & accordingly put the batter in idli maker & cook till done. Prepare the idlis from the remaining batter. Your idlis are ready.Now you can prepare Podi Idli

For Podi idli 

You get ready-made Podi masala from the market. Cut the idlis into 4 .Now take 2 tsp oil in pan add 3 tbsp podi masala.Put the idlis & toss well. Serve hot.

 Macaroni

Macaroni are of different shapes & sizes,but today I’ve prepared tubular macaroni.l love to cook this shape very much.Very easy & fast cooking recipe.

Here goes the recipe

1pkt tubular macaroni

cup grated carrots

1cup boiled corn seedd

Red, yellow & green bell peppers cut in strips.

Some fresh basil leaves

Now boil the macaroni accordingly with sea salt. Then take oil in pan ,add little broccoli, little bell peppers,1tsp red chilli powder & I added 2tsps cheese spread, along with boiled corn.&some fresh basil leaves.Toss well & keep aside.

Enjoy the whole combo with toast.

Àloo Bada

I made these Aloo badas after a long time. They really came out well. Just have a look first at the recipe.

For the vada

Boil 3-4 potatoes.Mash them welladd  2-3 chopped onions,2green chillies chopped,1tsp red chilli powder,amchoor powder &salt to taste. Dilute 4tbsp gramflour in thick batter, add 1 tsp ajwain to  it also.Now prepare aloo vada ,dip them in gramflour batter & deep fry them. Your vadas are ready . Enjoy with ketchup or green Chutney.
