Moong Dal Dalia

Dalia or broken wheat I cooked with split green Moong Dal,& some vegetables. A very nutritive & healthy diet. Do enjoy it

Here we go

Take 1cup dalia .Dry roast it for some time. 

2 chopped tomatoes

1chopped carrot

1cup green peas

1 carrot chopped 

1cup split green Moong  dal

1tsp each red chilli powder,turmeric powder 

Salt to taste 

1tsp oil

1 tsp jira

Take oil in pressure cooker. Add jira & all the ingredients together in it. Add 3 cups water . Cook well then serve with lime juice. Enjoy.
