Corn Palak is a very healthy & nutritive dish, as it contains both corn & Palak. As it looks so it is very easy to cook also.
Here is the recipe for corn Palak
Take 2 bundles of Palak, blanch them & girnd it well in the mixie.
Now take 2tsps oil in pan ,add 3tomatoes pureed mixture with 2tbsp ginger Garlic paste. Fry well then add 1tsp each red chilli powder, amchur powder & salt to taste. Mix well. Deseed 2 corn cobs, boil them & add to the Palak mixture. Cook well & add a pinch of garam masala & serve hot.
Enjoy this lovely dish with lachcha roti.
