I have made many types of kachori. So this time I have prepared Matar & Peanuts kachori. This kachori had a lovely crunch in it.
Here is the recipe
Take 2cups of all purpose flour.or maida, add 3 tsp oil for moin, little salt,1 tsp ajwain. Mix well & knead a dough.
For the filling
Take 2tsp oil in a pan ,add 1tsp jira ,1 cup green peas & all spices 1tsp each, red chilli powder, amchur powder & dhania powder. Cook till tender. Add 2 tbsp peanuts crushed. Mix well & cook a little.
Now make small balls from the dough. Fill the filling & prepare kachori. Fry them till golden brown & serve hot with tea or coffee
