Puri & Kala chane

A very easy & a dish relished by everyone .This combo is made during Navratri, along with suji Halwa. But I have made only Puri & chana dry.

Knead 2 cups of whole wheat atta into a medium tight dough. Make small balls & roll out puris & deep fry the puris.

For Chana dry

Soak 1cup Kala Chane for overnight. Boil them till cooked well in pressure cooker.

Take 2tsp oil in pan , put1tsp jira, along with 1tsp each red chilli powder, amchur powder & dhania powder. Mix well.Add the boiled chana& 

 Fry little & serve hot with puris.
