Theplas are a very famous & delicious Gujrati dish. They are normally made by whole wheat flour along with the spices.
I too have tried making them,so here goes the recipe
2cups whole wheat flour
1tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
2tsp oil for moin
1tsp ajwain seeds
Mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough. Roll out thin Chapati, shallow fry them on both sides using little oil. Fry till crisp . Roll & serve them.
