Tiranga Pulao

Our Republic Day celebrations are on full swing. Even I tried to make an innovative dish.

I made three layered rice. First prepare 1cup boiled basmati rice.Then accordingly prepare the layers.Boil 5-6 leaves of Palak & grind it to paste.

First layer

Tomato rice

Take 1tsp oil in a pan,add 1 tsp jira ,add 1grated tomato,salt to taste & 3tbsp boiled rice, mix well. Your kesariya layer is ready.

You already have white coloured rice.

Then for the green rice,take 1tsp oil in pan ,add 3tsp of Palak pulp,salt to taste.mix well.

Now accordingly decorate it like our national flag

Saffron,white & green.
