I made a yummy Halwa today , though it is made from besan / gramflour, but gives a feeling of Moong Dal Halwa. Here goes the recipe. Serves for 2
2tbsp fresh malai from home milk
1/2 tsp green cardmom powder
1 tsp ghee
First beat the besan with malai . Keep aside. Now take ghee in a pan ,put the beaten besan in it,add the elaichi powder ,fry well till golden brown ,now add the sugar & garnish with dry fruits serve hot.Bhagwanji kko bhog lagakar. Jai ho.It gives the taste of Moong Dal Halwa.
