Chana Dal Wada are normally called as Kalmi Wada are very relishing & scrumptious.As I share this dish here goes the recipe.
1 cup chana Dal soaked for 3-4 hours, grinded coarsely along with 3-4 green chillies
1 tsp saunf , 1tsp ajwain roasted grinded mixed with the Dal.
Salt to taste.
Oil for deep frying
First mix all the ingredients well & make a soft dough. Now take a clean mulmul cloth, place this dough in it,& tie it tightly. Boil water in a pan place the tighten potli in it & boil it for 15 minutes. You’ll feel the dough becomes tighter. Take out the potli from the water , allow it to cool,then cut the wada & deep fry them till golden brown. Serve hot with green chutney, or garlic Chutney.
