Instant Dessicated Coconut Burfi

Today I share a very easy & instant recipe made from Dessicated Coconut & Suji. Here we go.

1 1/2 cup Dessicated Coconut

2tbsp suji

3/4 cup sugar

Half cup water

1tsp ghee

1 tsp green cardmom powder

4-5 Almonds cut in julliens

Method

First prepare the sugar syrup.Mix the Dessicated Coconut with green cardmom powder,suji,ghee,&mix well. Now grease a Thali with 1tsp ghee& spread the mixture on it. Allow it to cool.It will set ,then you can cut in squares. Your Burfi is ready.
