The recipe I am sharing today is quite spicy & above all to be enjoyed with a cheesy Dip. It has a different flavour of spices.
Here we go
2cups grated cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrots
Salt & red chilli powder to taste
100 gms Paneer cut in small pieces
1tsp ajwain seeds
1tsp roasted saunf powder
2tsps besan for binding
Oil for frying
Method
Mix all the ingredients & form a thick batter. Prepare small balls & deep fry them till golden brown. Serve hot with the cheesy Dip
For Cheesy Dip
All you need, mix 4 tsp of amul cheese spread with 1/4 garlic & red chilli paste,& 2 tsp hung curd. Mix all well & serve with the cabbage Balls.
