Chilli Paneer

A lovely Chinese delicacy for vegetarians is Chilli Paneer. You can relish this dish with all sauces & capsicums with onions.Me too enjoyed it very much.

So here we go

250 gms Paneer diced

4-5 flakes of garlic chopped

2onions çhopped in big pieces

2 green capsicums çhopped

3tsp green chilli sauce

Salt & black pepper powder to taste

3-4 green chillies chopped

2tsps maida

3tsp soya sauce

Oil for deep frying Paneer

Method

First marinate the Paneer in soya sauce,maida,& salt for 30 minutes. Then deep fry them till golden brown. Keep aside.

Now prepare the gravy. Take 2 tsp oil in a pan,put the çhopped garlic add the onions & capsicums,saute them then add the green chillies,& mix the Paneer ,add 1 cup water. Cook well ,& let the water evaporate & let the sauces stick to Paneer. Awesome Chilli Paneer is ready.
