Sooji Fingers are an awesome & relished starter,made from sooji or Rava, do have a look at the recipe.
All you need
1 cup sooji
2 cups milk
1/2 cup water
5-6 flakes crushed garlic
Salt & red chilli powder to taste
First coo sooji with water & milk. Keep stirring or else lumps will be formed. Now set this mixture in a greased Thali. Allow it to set for 1/2 an hour ,then cut them shape like fingers & deep fry them till golden brown. Serve with ketchup.
