Beetroot Theplas

Beetroot Theplas are a bit different from the original Theplas, but I tried making them,& they came out quite well & interesting too. You too can give a try.

All you need

1cup multigrain flour

1 medium sized beetroot grated

1tsp red chilli powder

Salt to taste

1tsp saunf seeds

2green chillies chopped

Method

Mix  all the ingredients in a pan & knead into a soft Dough. Now prepare thin parathas or Theplas.Serve them hot or you can consume them  within two days,as you wish ,just enjoy it.
