A very easygoing recipe for the preparation or Tadka Dhokla. I prepared these Dhokla by tempering the batter itself. Dhokla are prepared from Rava or suji.Just see the recipe
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
1tsp each rye,Urad Dal,few çhopped curry leaves
Red chilli powder according to taste
4-5 green chillies
Mix the suji ,curd& water & keep it overnight. The batter should be easy going, if you need you can add more water.It should be of medium consistency.Place water in the Dhokla cooker.
Now before putting the mixture add the eno pouch & mix well,put this mixture in the plate& place it in the cooker. When done cut accordingly & serve hot.
