Sprouts & Capsicums

Today I share a very healthy food enjoyed by all.Sprouts & Capsicums.A very easy recipe,a type of salad.

Here it goes.

1cup sprouted moth

1green capsicum cut in julliens

1tomato cut in julliens

1onion cut in julliens

1tsp jira

1tsp oil

1tsp heeng

1tsp red chilli powder

Salt to taste

Juice of 1 lime

Method

Take oil in a pan put jira & all the ingredients. Just saute a bit & serve hot with lime juice.
