Today vrat platter has

Kuttu pakodi

Aloo Rassa

Curd masala

Green chutney.

For kuttu ki pakodi

Cut 3-4 potatoes in thin round slices

 Take 1cup kuttu ka atta add sendha Salt& red chilli powder to taste. Make a thick batter & dip potato slices& fry till golden brown.

For Aloo Rassa

Take 2tsp oil in a pan. Put 1 tsp jira 1tsp red chilli powder, sendha Salt to taste & put 3-4 mashed boiled potatoes. Mix well &add 2cups of water. Bring to good boil.

For Curd Masala

Take 1cup curd,whisk it well ,add salt bhuna jira & enjoy with kuttu pakodi.

For green chutney

Take 1bundle green Coriander leaves,4-5 green chillies,salt to taste , juice of 1 lemon ,grind into a smooth paste & enjoy the chutney.
