Here goes the recipe

Masala Puris

Take 2cups atta,put salt & red chilli powder to taste. Knead a dough & prepare Puris.

Àloo Rassa

Boil 3-4 potatoes,peel & cut them in diced. Now take 2tsp oil in a pan put jira & 2tomatoes pureed cubes,add 1tsp each turmeric powder red chilli powder salt to taste, dhania powder amchur powder & mix well  ,add 2cups of water & boil them well as. Add a pinch of garam masala, serve hot with Puris.

Boondi Raita

Take 1cup whisked curd,add salt, red chilli powder,bhuna jira powder to taste. Add binding before serving.

Aamras

First peel then Cut 2Badam mangoes,add watet&put it in the mixie jar& grind it well,add sugar syrup if needed. Serve chilled.

Mango & red chilli pickle are ready made.

Method

Masur Sabut Dal

Soak 2cups Dal overnight. Boil it by adding salt to taste & 1tsp turmeric powder. Boil well,when done mash it with a masher little bit. The temper with 1tsp ghee, 1tsp jira&red chilli powder. Your Dal is ready.

Paneer Bhurji

250 gms Paneer crushed

2onions chopped 

1tomato chopped

1 tsp jira

1tsp red chilli powder 

Salt to taste

Method 

Take 2tsps oil in a pan ,add jira& chopped onions. Saute a little then add the chopped tomatoes,fry them,add all spices ,& crushed Paneer, saute well & serve hot with paratha.

Mango &red chilli pickle are ready made

Rye Rice

Take 1cup rice. Put 2tsp oil in cooker.add 1 tsp rye, Salt to taste & 2cups water alongwith the rice, take 1 whistle & put off the flame.

Lemon Rice

My favourite Lemon Rice.A lovely south Indian delicacy.

Method & Ingredients

2 cup boiled rice

1 tsp mustard seeds

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

3 green chillies chopped

1 tsp oil

1/2 cup roasted peanuts crushed

Salt to taste

1 juice of lemon

Take oil in pan ,put mustard seeds  when they splutter add green chillies,turmeric powder,salt&rice. Mix it properly,add roasted peanuts &lime juice. Mix well & serve hot.

Uttapam

As I am an ardent lover of South Indian food, so I prepared Uttapam from ready to mix MTR product of Uttapam. It really came out well & I enjoyed a lot.

All you need

1pkt of 500 gms MTR Uttapam mix

50 gms curd

2onions chopped

1tomato chopped

2-3 green chillies chopped

Few green coriander leaves chopped

Oil for preparing Uttapam

Method

Mix the MTR with the curd & water to form a batter,stir it well or else lumps will be formed. Keep aside for 20 minutes,then prepare Uttapam by spreading the batter on a non stick pan.Put little oil & sprinkle some onions, tomatoes,green chillies & green coriander. Cook on both sides & serve hot with ketchup or chutney as you wish,I love it with instant Mango Achaar.Just see the beauty. I love it.Just see,What a beauty!!!!!

Rice kheer

Ingredients

2 ltr milk- full cream

1 cup basmati rice

1.5 cup sugar

4 green cardmom crushed

5 almonds juliens

6. Cashewnuts cut in halves

10 – 11 kismis/ raisins

4 – 5 strands of kesar dissolved in milk

Method

Take milk in pan and add rice in it

Keep on stirring and let the rice cook in milk only.

When the consistency of kheer thickens add paneer, sugar to it & boil well.* Your kheer is ready now add the almonds,cashewnuts raisins, and at last add the kesar your kheer is ready to be served.

You can either serve kheer hot or chilled as you wish 

Gravy Kala Chana

Kala Chane can be prepared with gravy also ,it can be relished with hot steaming rice,as it is a very good energy booster

2cups Kala Chane boiled & mashed little

2onions chopped

2tomatoes pureed

1tsp red chilli powder

1tsp turmeric powder

Salt to taste

1tsi ginger garlic paste

A pinch of garam Masala

Method

First take 2 tsp oil in a pan, saute the chopped onions,add tomato puree & the spices mix well.Then add the boiled Kala Chane & add 2 cups of water, Let it boil well ,add garam Masala & serve hot with steamed rice.

Kala Chane ke Kabab

The recipe i share  today is Kala Chane ke kabab, a very nutritious dish to be enjoyed by kabab lovers.

Just look at the recipe

1cup Kala Chana boiled & mashed

2onions chopped

2tsp Ginger garlic paste

2tsp besan for binding

2green chillies chopped

3-4 leaves of Coriander chopped

Salt & red chilli powder to taste

A pinch of garam Masala

Method

Mix all the ingredients & make small balls ,flatten them in the shape of kababs, Shallow fry them & serve hot with mint chutney.
