Methi Malai Matar

I prepared today a lovely delicacy of Paneer, as Methi Malai Matar. It is to be enjoyed either with Lachcha Paratha or steamed rice.

Have a look at the ingredients & method

250 gms Amul Paneer cut in cubes

1onion grinded in paste

2tsp ginger garlic paste

2tsp crushed kasuri methi

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp black pepper.


Take 2 tsp oil in cooker ,saute the onion paste with ginger garlic paste. Now add the Paneer cubes ,salt,1cup green peas,pepper & kasuri methi,add 2 cups of water & take 2 whistles. Then add 1 TSP milk & 1tsp fresh cream ,your Methi Malai Matar is ready.
