Method

Masur Sabut Dal

Soak 2cups Dal overnight. Boil it by adding salt to taste & 1tsp turmeric powder. Boil well,when done mash it with a masher little bit. The temper with 1tsp ghee, 1tsp jira&red chilli powder. Your Dal is ready.

Paneer Bhurji

250 gms Paneer crushed

2onions chopped 

1tomato chopped

1 tsp jira

1tsp red chilli powder 

Salt to taste

Method 

Take 2tsps oil in a pan ,add jira& chopped onions. Saute a little then add the chopped tomatoes,fry them,add all spices ,& crushed Paneer, saute well & serve hot with paratha.

Mango &red chilli pickle are ready made

Rye Rice

Take 1cup rice. Put 2tsp oil in cooker.add 1 tsp rye, Salt to taste & 2cups water alongwith the rice, take 1 whistle & put off the flame.
