Eggplant Macaroni Canapé

Eggplant/ Brinjal Macaroni Crepe is a twist given to the brinjals cooked with white sauce filled with macaroni & Paneer.

All we need

1medium brinjal cut in thin slices

1pkt tubular macaroni boiled

1 tomato chopped

1yellow bell pepper chopped

1cup boiled green peas

Salt to taste

Chilli flakes & oregano to taste

1tsp butter

1cheese cube grated

Oil for Shallow frying brinjals

First Shallow fry the brinjals till golden brown.

Now prepare the filling for the crepe.

For macaroni filling

First take 1 tsp butter & 1tsp oil in a pan, add the chopped onions & bell pepper,saute a little ,add salt to taste, chilli flakes,boiled peas & the white sauce.Now keep it aside.

Now fill this in each piece of fried Brinjal . Roll them & place on serving tray.Placing it in a tray & pour white sauce over it , sprinkle grated cheese & serve hot.

Cool cool Coffee

Enjoy this cool cool coffee this summer to beat the heat.

You’ll need

3cups milk

2 TSP coffee powder

Few cubes of ice

3 tsp  crushed sugar


As these ingredients in mixie jar & just churn it. First pour chocolate sauce in mason jar & then serve this cold Coffee & enjoy cool cool ,thanda thanda.

Quick Macaroni Bun

Quick Macaroni Buns are a fantastic breakfast for the family.This awesome delicacy is to be enjoyed by everyone in the family.

We shall need

1 packet of 6 buns… Ready-made from the bakery

100 gms tubular macaroni boiled

1 yellow bell pepper chopped

2onions chopped

1tsp chilli flakes

3 tsp white sauce,made from milk & 2 tsp maida with salt to taste

1cup boiled peas


For macaroni filling

First take 1 tsp butter & 1tsp oil in a pan, add the chopped onions & bell pepper,saute a little ,add salt to taste, chilli flakes,boiled peas & the white sauce.Now keep it aside.

Scoop out the buns from middle & fill in the macaroni filling, Bake it in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve hot this yummy buns.




Summer Cool Dessert

Summer Cool Dessert.
I share a scrumptious summer  dessert to be enjoyed by all in summers, having this cool dessert

Now I share a wonderful dessert with all.  Just relax & enjoy as it is to be loved & relished, a great treat to the eyes. Just have a look at the recipe .

Take 2 tsp of Vanilla custard powder in a bowl & dissolve it well. Take 2cups milk with 3tsp sugar in it. Boil the milk & mix the dissolved Custard powder. Keep stirring , it will become thick , put off the flame.Allow it to cool.

Now for the jelly 
According to the instructions given on the packet,I took 3 tea cups water in a pan. Then mixed the ingredients well & added it to the boiling water. Stirred it for sometime then accordingly poured it in the glasses& bowl.It sets in 20-30 minutes. Refrigerate it & serve with custard mixed with fruits.

Whereas I have used

1 banana chopped
1mongini fruity cake

1kiwi sliced

First place slicef banana ,then crushed cake,then custard & then jelly in a glass. Decorate with slices of kiwi & serve chilled & enjoy.

Palak Paneer&Aloo Paneer Kulcha

An awesome combo of Palak Paneer &Aloo Paneer Kulcha I tried today . It really came out well.Lets have a look
Palak Paneer

2bunches of palak blanched & grinded into paste 

2 tomatoes puree

2tsp ginger garlic paste 

1tsp each Red chilli powder 

Salt to taste 

250 gms paneer cut in cubes

3tsp oil


Take oil in pan ,add oil & tomato puree, fry it well add all spices & cook well.mix the palak paste. Cook well then add the Paneer cubes & boil well , add  a pinch of garam Masala & serve hot with Aloo Paneer Kulcha.

For Aloo Paneer Kulcha

For stuffing

2boiled potatoes mashed

100 gms Paneer

3-4 green chillies chopped

3-4 leaves of green coriander chopped.

Mix all the ingredients,your stuffing is ready.

For Kulcha

Knead a soft Dough of 2 cups maida & half cup atta,add salt to taste,oil. Now fill the filling & roll out in shape of Kulcha,roast them in gas tandoor , sprinkle some onion seeds ,& top with butter , serve hot with Palak Paneer & enjoy.

for the potato filling

  • 3 medium sized potatoes – boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 1 small onion – finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon dabeli masala
  • 1 pinch asafoetida (hing)
  • ½ teaspoon cumin (jeera)
  • 2 tablespoon tamarind dates chutney
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon water (optional)
  • salt

for serving

  • 4 to 5 buns or pav sliced and lightly roasted in some butter or oil
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts (bhuni moongphali)
  • ½ cup chopped coriander leaves
  • ½ cup nylon sev
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • garlic chutney as required
  • sweet tamarind dates chutney as required

preparing the potato stuffing:

  1. boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker 

  2. peel and mash them and keep aside.

  3. in a pan or kadai, heat oil. add cumin.

  4. then add chopped onion and fry the onions till they become soft.

  5. add asafoetida/hing and fry for a minute on a low flame.

  6. add the sweet tamarind dates chutney to the onions and mix well.

  7. add the mashed potatoes and again mix well.

  8. add the spices1tsp each red chilli powder, amchoor powder, Salt to taste.

  9. cook for 2-3 minutes stirring the mixture.

  10. if the mixture looks a little dry then add 1 or 2 tbsp oil

  11. keep the potato stuffing aside. Shallow fry them by making tikkis to keep in the pav.

serving the dabeli:

  1. assemble all the ingredients mentioned under serving in one place.

  2. apply the sweet chutney on one slice of the bun and the red garlic chutney on the other side.

  3. take 1tikki & place on it.

  4. add some chopped onion

  5. top it up with some roasted peanuts and pomegranate seeds.

  6. lastly top it with sev.

  7. cover with the other slice of bread.

  8. prepare the remaining dabeli pav in the same way and serve dabeli warm.

  9. Fry some thick sabudana ,you can serve that also,it’s optional.Just enjoy
