I tried a pizza today with a different topping of spinach,pesto alongwith Mozrella cheese
We will need
1/2 cup spinach (balanced for 20 sec)
1/4 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup mixed nuts- walnut, almond and pistachios
3 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic pods
Mozrella cheese grated V& cut in thin slices also.
First prepare the pesto sauce in a pan put oil, Blanched spinach, basil leaves,salt to taste, garlic crushed & nuts mix well & form a good paste.Decotate with tomato slices & bell peppers.
