Chilli Chana

A scrumptious Chinese starter made with Chana / Chickpeas.This dish is really awesome & appreciable. Just have a look.

We will need

1cup soaked Chana/ Chickpeas boiled

Oil for frying

2tsp soya sauce

1tsp white vinegar

2whole red chillies chopped

Salt to taste

3 tsp cornflour

1tsp chopped garlic

1tsp garlic paste

2onions diced

Method

First mix cornflour, soya sauce, garlic paste & Salt to taste. Now mix well & deep fry these till golden brown.

Now take 1tsp oil in a pan,add the chopped garlic ,red chillies,saute well & add the Chana along with soya sauce & 1 tsp vinegar. Toss well & serve hot.
