Bread Cup Pizza

I am sharing a lovely recipe for kid’s Tiffin ,it is Bread Cup Pizza,very easy to make & relished by kids.

All we need

6 slices atta bread

1onion chopped

1green capsicum chopped

4-5 tbsp pizza sauce

2cubes cheese grated

Oil for basting

Method

First take cupcake pan. Bast it well with oil. Take bread slice, first spread the pizza sauce,place it on the cupcake pan,then put onions & capsicum,& finally grated cheese.Try to close the sides of the bread slice.

Prepare rest of the bread slices like this, place it on the preheated oven @180 degrees for 15 minutes until they turn brown. 

Your Bread Cup Pizza is ready.

Open Sandwich

A very easy Sandwich loved by my children.

Here goes the recipe

2slices of brown bread cut in triangles

1green capsicum finely chopped

1onion chopped finely

2cheese cubes grated

3 tbsp tomato ketchup

Method

First spread tomato ketchup on the slices of brown bread. Then one by one first sprinkle green capsicum,then chopped onions & finally the grated cheese.

Serve these Sandwich & enjoy.

Watermelon Mint Cooler

Watermelon Mint Cooler
Take a watermelon, cut into pieces & try your best to deseed it also. Cut some small balls also. Put these watermelon pieces in the blender along with 7-8 mint leaves. Churn well,add some ice cubes to make it cool cool to beat the heat.

Now decorate the cooler in a glass & serve chilled.

AlooKulcha & Cholley

For Aloo Kulcha

For stuffing

2boiled potatoes mashed

3-4 green chillies chopped

3-4 leaves of green coriander chopped.

Mix all the ingredients,your stuffing is ready.

For Kulcha

Knead a soft Dough of 2 cups maida & half cup atta,add salt to taste,oil. Now fill the filling & roll out in shape of Kulcha,roast them in gas tandoor , sprinkle some onion seeds ,& top with butter , serve hot with Cholley & enjoy.

All we need for Cholley

2cups Cholley soaked overnight

2tsp ginger garlic paste

4-5 frozen tomato puree

Salt & red chilli powder to taste

1 tsp turmeric powder

2tsps crushed kasuri methi

Boil the Cholley with salt & turmeric powder. Now take 2 tsp oil in a pan.Add the ginger garlic paste,& tomato puree,mix all spices ,fry well then add the boiled Cholley. Mash them a little with a masher, give them on good boil. Enjoy with Aloo Kulcha

Eggplant Macaroni Canapé

Eggplant/ Brinjal Macaroni Crepe is a twist given to the brinjals cooked with white sauce filled with macaroni & Paneer.

All we need

1medium brinjal cut in thin slices

1pkt tubular macaroni boiled

1 tomato chopped

1yellow bell pepper chopped

1cup boiled green peas

Salt to taste

Chilli flakes & oregano to taste

1tsp butter

1cheese cube grated

Oil for Shallow frying brinjals

Method
First Shallow fry the brinjals till golden brown.

Now prepare the filling for the crepe.

For macaroni filling

First take 1 tsp butter & 1tsp oil in a pan, add the chopped onions & bell pepper,saute a little ,add salt to taste, chilli flakes,boiled peas & the white sauce.Now keep it aside.

Now fill this in each piece of fried Brinjal . Roll them & place on serving tray.Placing it in a tray & pour white sauce over it , sprinkle grated cheese & serve hot.
